Hi I want to post a brief follow-up question to Gretchen's answer about my 7 year old sucking her thumb and touching herself, which I really appreciate.
We have tried many things over the years to get her to stop the thumb-sucking (Mavala polish, small punishments, gloves, etc and the dentist wants to put an appliance in on her next visit in a few months).
With the touching, I have also had open, understanding conversations with her about things to do in our bedroom and things to do around other people and in public.
With that background, do you still think tickets are the best way to go and if so I will try it for sure. Thank you again!
