Question
My three year old son sometimes stutters the first few words of a sentence. He used to get stuck on the first word and repeat it a few times or stretch that word out in kind of a sing song type sound. Now he will repeat the words "hey" or "ha" several times before saying a sentence or asking a question. I should he does not do this all the time, but frequently. It definitely increases when he is tired. I have spoke with his Dr, and they do not seem to be worried about it. Should I wait patiently as he tries to get the sentence or question out? Or should I say something about the "hey" and "haha"?
