Question
My 9 year old son throws fits. Sometimes they look like panic attacks and sometimes they are because he bumped into something, and others he clearly is having a tantrum. He has loads of anxiety and ever since he saw a video of a supposed ghost (9 weeks ago) he has been terrified to be in a room alone (even if he can see me from his bed). So bedtime is a major multiple hour ordeal. Sending him to his room because of the screaming fits is next to impossible because he won't stay there. What do I do to effectively discipline him and help him get over the fear of being alone. He's a terrorist.
