Question
Our 25 month old daughter has complete crying melt downs when we want to get her dressed in the mornings or if something unexpected happens that is not what she wants (example: She gets fixated on putting her banana in a bag for the car ride and can't do it right away OR wants to go downstairs but we are still getting ready for work). How can we best interact with her without a battle as well as teaching her patience? We have started doing time outs with generally good results.
