Question
I have 8 month old boy/girl twins and currently travel 1-2 nights a couple times a month for business. Otherwise I work from home and we have a wonderful full time nanny that helps with the children while my husband and I are working. He travels also, although we schedule our trips so that one of us is always home. How much time away traveling (if any) for business is ok for me at our children's current age and during their toddler years? Our son especially seems aware of my absence and they both cry when I leave.
