4 Year Old Won't Poop Without Pull-Up

My daughter turned 4 in December. Most of last year, she had constipation issues and we went through episodes of her withholding her poop (fear of it hurting when it comes out - she had a couple painful ones). We gave her an enema once, suppositories once, and after that we started on miralax daily). Her bowel movements are no longer painful for her, but she refuses to poop on the potty. She will go find a pull-up (that we use for bedtime) and poop in them. I've hid them, she'll go find her sisters. I recently tried cutting a hole in the pull-up (an idea I found online) and she cried and refused to put it on. She's a smart little girl, knows when she has to go, but just prefers the comfort of the pull-up. Her almost 2 1/2 year old sister is pooping and peeing on the potty throughout the day. I thought this would motivate her to also poop on the potty, but it hasn't. She goes to Pre-School, and does swimming lessons. It has never been a problem there, because she just won't poop at school ( in her big girl underwear). What do I do!? Just wait it out? I don't want my 2 year old to regress because of my older daughter.
