2.5 yo Potty Trials, Part 4

Question

It has been almost 2 months since I asked about my 30 month old daughter's resistance to pooping on the potty. Since then, 99% of days she continues to wait until her nap time diaper and goes at that time after I walk out of the room. Yesterday she did not go during nap and after dinner I could clearly see she had to go as she was whining, trying to pull her pants up, etc. She screamed on the potty for 45 minutes and never went, but had a poop in her diaper this morning when she woke up. Today around lunch time while my Mom was taking care of her, she went again in her undies. I don't feel like we're making any progress in this area. Do I continue to let it go that she waits until nap? And when she has an accident (again, this is rare because she's normally so good at waiting until she's in a diaper), what do I do besides reinforce that poop goes in the potty, etc.? I'm baffled that this is so difficult and is dragging out so long. Any advice you have would be appreciated!
