My son just turned 4 and has had on and off issues with the potty for about a year. He has been trained for a while and I know he knows how/when to go. In my opinion it just comes down to that he is doing something more interesting (to him) than going to the potty. So he goes in his pants. In May I gated him in the bathroom with no pants for a week and thought for sure that was the best solution ever as he did so well with no "on purposes" until the beginning of September. Now we seem to be back to where we started. I've removed all fun from his life and put him back in the bathroom. He is still having "accidents" at home and at school. Any other suggestions?
