7 year old not motivated in school
I think we have a similar issue with my 7 year old girl like the one in "9 year old not motivated in school".
Can we use the same strategy with 7 year old kid as you suggested for the 9 year old?
We were telling her that she is going to be hold back if her performance does not improve but she still has problems with the school work. Just like the other kid, we think she is capable of doing the work. If she is holding back, she will be so bored with everything she already learned. Moreover, she does not want to be hold back.
Any suggestions?
