Question
My 10 year old has always struggle in school in regards to reaching grade level. He has always did his homework and does the best he can I class. The last 5 months it seems as though he has just given up. He lies about home and class work. I have met with his teacher and he has informed me that he is just refusing to conform. I have taken everything away from him. All he has left is a bed, books and a guitar in his room and he is allowed to swim in the pool. No outings, no play dates, etc. I informed him that he can earn everything back gradually by doing his home and class work. It has been 4 days know and still nothing.
