Our 4 year old granddaughter is tiny (25 lbs) but otherwise healthy, energetic, creative, polite and likes attention, too. Her good eating habits have become long, drawn out affairs with too many prompts to finish so you'll get bigger. She dawdles over her food and it's so hard to take it away after 1/2 hour because she is so tiny we don't want her to lose any weight. Are we worrying for nothing?
