Our 2 yr. old grandson has always screamed with an ear-splitting scream when things don't go his way or he doesn't like something. He can go from this maddening screaming to laughing to kissing to loving to screaming in a split second. Parents try to deal with the issue by a combination of spanking and forcing him to "get control" by saying those words to him. Nothing has changed. Does he have bipolar disorder?
