Question
I'm wondering how involved I should be when my child has friends over and conflicts occur...I have 2 girls, ages 8 and 10. They have many neighborhood friends, whose parents I'm also very close with. There are usual arguments and disagreements either over what to play, how to play, or who is right. If I overhear one of the children speaking disrespectfully, I usually intervene. The arguments never get physical.
