3 Year Old Conquers First Round of Strikes

Question

Sarah, our daughter hasn't lost all her strikes for a few weeks now (Only loses 1-2 a day maybe) so we are ready to move onto new behaviors to work on. Were thinking the new ones would be not telling mommy and daddy what to do and not interrupting when adults are talking. Are these appropriate to work on with a 3 year old? Things like telling us how to drive( slow down, go that way, be careful) , how to put her in her car seat ( demanding certain straps be buckled according to her likes and whether to make it tight or not ), to turn lights/heat on and basically how we should be doing things. Are these correct examples of telling us what to do? And secondly how would interrupting be handled in a situation? Thanks in advance!
