Question
Our only 16-1/2 year old daughter likes the same sex. My husband & i who are devout catholic do not agree with this lifestyle and have told her so but she continues to do so and also associates with friends who are also the same. How can we convince her to not continue on this course. She is seeing a counselor which we are not too sure about because when we told her she told us that is how some people are and basically we just need to accept.
When I was searching for a therapist, I looked for one in my area that Mr. Rosemond would recommend but did not see one close to my area that was good with teenage girls.
