Question
My 14 year old son is refusing to get a flu shot. I told him that it was important for him to get it and that it's required for various reasons. Of course I would take him, but he is putting up a lot of resistance. He says that the flu shot makes him sick (he did feel slightly under the weather last year afterward, for a short time period). Any suggestions on consequences for his refusal? I suppose it should be removal of certain privileges related to computer usage, and refusal by me to take him to various activities when he asks, but I'd like to get your opinion. Thank you.
