Question
I am a divorced father of a 5 year old girl. I have had primary custody of our daughter for 1 ½ years- however the actual divorce judgment was signed a mere 2 months ago. (My daughter doesn't know anything about a divorce by the way. She only knows we haven't lived together for a long time.) I have begun dating a wonderful lady, who I believe is the perfect spouse. However it will be at least a year before any engagement, etc. How much should this great lady, who my daughter adores, be around my daughter? In other words, should I put some kind of time parameters in place to protect my daughter in the very unlikely event things don't work out?
