Question
My 27 month old daughter has started wanting to pretend she is a baby. She insists I hold her like a baby, feed her from a toy bottle, burp her, put a pacifier in her mouth (she has never even used a pacifier), etc. She goes all out with this, complete with baby "fussing" sounds. At first, this was somewhat cute but I don't know if it's healthy to indulge it. I try to redirect her to other activities/play but she usually won't have it. How do I handle this?
