Being consistent.

Question

Our 9 year old daughter has a legion of home and school misbehaviors (primarilly tantrums/hitting at home and agression/defiance at school) that have been occuring for years. After reading "The Well behaved Child",we Kicked Her out of the Garden for 14 days (3 days in as of this writing) with 3 target misbehaviors at school and 3 at home.
1st question is this:We told her room possessions would be given back slowly after completing 14 consecutive days without producing a misbehavior but we inadvertently told her she would get ALL privileges back after that time. After joining parentguru we are reading that possessions AND privileges should be given back slowly over time. We don't want to appear weak in front of her so should we use the technique in the book and say the Doctor has recommended privileges be given back slowly too? If so, over how long of a period do we do this? One possession/privilege given back every week?

2nd question: The book said roll into Charts after "Eden" but can we do both Charts AND this slow process of giving back items simultaneously or do we complete the Eden process as described above and then go to Charts with additional behaviors?
