Question
My 10 year old daughter has a 160 IQ and she is brilliantly capable of extreme manipulation. She has recently been asked to leave her soccer team, she has been in and out of the principal's office for conflict with her teacher and other students. Basically, the majority of events she is involved in, the adult instructor takes strong issue with her and calls her disruptive. I have been truly faithful in following through with consequences and she has felt the pain of missing birthday parties and long awaited events that occurred during her grounding. This has only made her go off the rails with her "what do I have to lose since I've already lost everything?" attitude. At home she has begun hitting our gentle dog, cursing and quite simply being a maniac. What do I do next?
