How to Handle Frequent, Unnecessary Calls From the Nurse's Office

Question

My 6 year old daughter frequently calls me from the nurses office/clinic from her school saying she does not feel well and needs to come home. I spoke to the nurse and told her unless my daughter has a fever or is violently ill I will not be picking her up. I thought that would 'fix' the problem. But, she continues to have the nurse call me. I have tried making her go to her room/bed after school because she called me. I have cancelled after school activities because she has called me. I have spoken with her teacher and gave her my permission to tell my daughter she is fine and to get back to work. But, her teacher has too much on her plate to have to deal with this silliness as do I. What do you suggest I do so the calls and her visit to the nurse stop?

Thank You!
