Question
We have offered to take our daughter on a senior trip of her choosing after she graduates from high school. The problem for me is, she doesn't want my husband or her 7-year old sister to go. She just wants it to be me and her. I know that both my husband and younger daughter want to go and be with her too and it hurts their feelings (especially my husband's) that she does not want them to go. My husband will actually be the one paying for the trip as I am a stay at home mother currently. Sometimes, I think she just wants me to go as she feels she will be able to do exactly what she wants to do if it is just me and her. I sort of understand her feelings and I really understand my husband's, but I do not know what to do. I get the feeling that quite possibly in the near future my husband may say, "No one is going!"
