Nearly 3 Cries at Night

Question

My daughter will be 3 in 2 months. She is an awesome sleeper normally (we had to work hard to get her there as a baby) but sometimes wakes up crying. Because it happens relatively rarely, I go in to see if she's sick or if something else is going on that I need to address. She has Childhood Apraxia of Speech and is therefore unable to tell me in words why she's upset. What do you suggest is the best course of action for me after confirming that things are ok and she's just upset for no apparent reason (I think it might be nightmares)?
